You only have to watch 1-3 videos every 3 days. Don't worry, the videos are only 2-5 minutes (there's a couple that are 7 minutes or so, but usually you'll only have to watch 1 or 2 short videos every 3 days).
The best thing you can do is set the same exact time aside each day, not necessarily concerning the time (ex: 9pm). You'll get the best results if you dedicate a time around any recurring, daily event (ex: right after lunch or after consuming my daily maple bars).
Your average day should take no longer than:
🎬 Video Lesson Days: 20-30 minutes (where you watch lessons + do short workbook exercises)
📓 Non-Video Lesson Days: 5-10 minutes (where you just do short workbook exercises)
